It was created by the Inter-American University Organization (OUI) to provide solutions for internationalization activities that have been affected as a result of the global public health crisis.<\/p>\n<p>It is currently made up of 95 IES members of the OUI, in which each institution makes available to the consortium a voluntary number of places for the courses or subjects offered in virtual mode.
